By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, submitting any quote request form, or utilizing any of our tools, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Website.
2. Lead Generation Service & No-Broker / No-Lender Disclosures
WE ARE A MARKETING LEAD GENERATION PLATFORM:
Click Quote Save is not an insurance company, insurance agent, insurance broker, mortgage lender, mortgage broker, financial advisor, bank, or licensed construction contractor. We do not underwrite insurance policies, make credit decisions, issue mortgage commitments, or perform home improvement contracting work.
The Website functions solely as a comparison matching and lead generation referral engine. Any quotes, rate estimates, savings calculations, or eligibility projections displayed on or communicated through the Website are hypothetical approximations intended for general educational comparison only. All final rates, loan terms, insurance policy premiums, and contractor estimates are determined solely by the third-party providers based on their independent underwriting criteria, property inspections, credit evaluations, and applicable state regulations.
4. TCPA Consent & Automated Communications
By providing your telephone number and clicking any quote submission button on our Website, you certify that the telephone number provided is your true and correct contact number and provide your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) to receive marketing calls, autodialed telephone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), pre-recorded messages, and artificial voice communications from Click Quote Save and up to four (4) of our third-party quote partners.

- You will not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or malicious code to the Website or our Cloudflare edge infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, visual layouts, text, code, graphics, interactive comparison tools, databases, icons, and trademarks displayed on ClickQuoteSave.com are the proprietary property of Click Quote Save or its content licensors, protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Website solely for personal, non-commercial quote comparison purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, COMPARISON TOOLS, AND ALL REFERRED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
CLICK QUOTE SAVE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUSES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT QUOTE ESTIMATES ARE ERROR-FREE, THAT THIRD PARTIES WILL OFFER ANY SPECIFIC RATE OR POLICY, OR THAT SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ALL LOCATIONS.
8. Limitation of Liability
STRICT LIMITATION OF DAMAGES:
IN NO EVENT SHALL CLICK QUOTE SAVE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR VENDORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CLICK QUOTE SAVE FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE WEBSITE, OR YOUR USE THEREOF SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (\$100.00 USD), OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO CLICK QUOTE SAVE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Click Quote Save, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or resulting from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your submission of inaccurate, fraudulent, or unauthorized contact information; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or (d) any dispute between you and any third-party insurance agent, lender, contractor, or service provider matched through the Website.
10. Mandatory Individual Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS:
You and Click Quote Save mutually agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, your quote inquiries, or the handling of your personal data shall be resolved by mandatory, final, and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court before a judge or jury.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND CLICK QUOTE SAVE AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
JURY TRIAL WAIVER: YOU AND CLICK QUOTE SAVE HEREBY KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE.
11. Prevailing Party Fee-Shifting Clause ("Winner Pays")
ATTORNEY'S FEES & LITIGATION EXPENSES:
In the event that any lawsuit, arbitration, legal proceeding, administrative claim, or formal dispute arises between you and Click Quote Save concerning the Website, these Terms, privacy practices, TCPA consent, or any related subject matter, the non-prevailing party shall pay and reimburse to the prevailing party all reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, arbitration filing and administrative fees, expert witness costs, and litigation expenses incurred by the prevailing party in connection with the investigation, defense, prosecution, or enforcement of its rights in such dispute.
This fee-shifting provision shall survive the termination of your use of the Website, any quote inquiry, and this Agreement.
12. Governing Law, Choice of Venue & Severability
This Agreement, your access to and use of the Website, and any legal proceedings arising hereunder shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules or principles.
To the extent that any dispute is permitted to be heard in a court of competent jurisdiction rather than through mandatory arbitration (such as actions seeking temporary injunctive relief or small claims actions within jurisdictional monetary limits), the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware or the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is determined by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
